Coaching Staff

Maggie Haney

Maggie is the owner & head coach at MG Elite. She formed MG Elite in 2012, but has run her own program since 2007. Maggie has coached athletes such as Laurie Hernandez, Jazmyn Foberg & Riley Mc Cusker. Under her guidance, four gymnasts have reached the International elite level. All four of  these elites have gone on to win a US National Title. She has placed gymnasts on the US National Team since 2013. Under her coaching, two gymnasts have gone on to win a P&G National All Around title. Combined, her gymnasts have eared 27 International medals. Maggie was the sole coach of  standout gymnast, Laurie Hernandez.  Laurie went on to become the youngest member of the US Olympic team that would compete in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. Her gymnast earned a Silver medal on Beam & a Gold medal in the Team Competition.

Haney competed for the NC State Wolfpack women's gymnastics program. She lead her team to their only NCAA  National Championships. Maggie was the first NC State gymnast to  ever score a perfect 10.0. She is also credited with scoring  the most Perfect 10's in the schools history.

Maggie has a daughter, Dayton (8) who is in the Level 6 training group & a son, Ryker (4) who enjoys soccer. Her spouse, David, creates & cuts all of  the MG Elite Floor music for Level 6 thru Elite team members.

Victoria Levine

Vicky began her coaching career in 2010. Over the past seven years, she has developed groups of gymnasts from the beginner levels to becoming some of the top Level 10's in the country. Her gymnasts have also gone on to qualify to the Hopes Classics in 2017. She has coached  hundreds of State & Regional individual and All Around Champions. Every team that Vicky has coached has placed in the Team Competition at the NJ State Meet. Vicky has also placed several kids on the TOPS National Team.

Vicky and her mother, Karen Bianchino, are the owners of Monmouth Gymnastics. Vicky personally oversees  the entire staff at Monmouth Gymnastics. She is slighlty obsessed with shopping & her 5 dogs.

Danielle "Dani" D'Elia

Dani recently joined MG Elite after coaching in the NCAA for the past  several years. In 2013, she began as the volunteer coach at Rutgers University. From 2014 - 2017, Dani was the assistant coach at Rutgers.

Dani was an NCAA gymnast herself. She began her career at Central Michigan & later transferred  to Rutgers where she would finish her career.

Dani enjoys Cross Fit in her spare time.

Jade Shloyda

Jade has been working at Monmouth Gymnastics for the past 7 years; but has been coaching since 2003. Jade joined the MG Elite Team last season assisting & filling in with all levels. Starting in 2016, she oversaw the Pre-Team. This year she will be taking the girls to Level 3 Competitions, while starting the new Pre-Team and growing the "next generation".

Jade was a Level 10 gymnast herself & attended Rutgers University. Jade has a daughter, Londyn (5), who will be joining the  Pre-Team & a son, Raiden (2)

Kierstin Sokolowski

Kierstin started coaching in 2018.  

Former MG Elite and Lindenwood Gymnast, Kierstin competed in all four years of NCAA gymnastics and graduated from her university in 2018. In the NCAA she had multiple Regional apperances and led her team to 2 USAG Collegiate National Championship and four Conference titles.

Carli Haney

Carli serves as the "Team Manager" for MG Elite. She is also the Home School "Teacher" for our home school athletes. Carli is responsible for over seeing the girls during their school hours. She is now beginning her 6th school year with MG Elite.

Carli is the sister to head coach, Maggie Haney. She can be credited for finding the talents of Laurie Hernandez & suggesting she join Maggie's  group.

Carli has 2 daughters, Jaiden (16)  who enjoys Track & Field & Trinity (9) who enjoys playing Travel Softball.
